With settlements and budgets reducing this leading UK college needed to improve external delivery performance and reduce cost to the taxpayer. They had experience of delivering Business Improvement Training and NVQ’s with external companies and wanted to try the techniques on their own processes.
Aim
To create a waste-free Employer Business Unit, built on lean principles, that is responsive to employer needs whilst delivering excellent value to the public.
